What are we looking for?

• Good academics: 2:1 or post graduate degree or an exceptional university or sporting achievement.
• The appropriate level of business experience and sector knowledge for the research analyst position.
• An active listener, with good interviewing skills, who can develop creative solutions to research problems.
• Very good numeracy, business writing, oral presentation and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good analytics with the confidence and judgement to make well reasoned recommendations.
