John worked in the IT sector for 7 years in Strategic Marketing and Competitive Strategy roles before founding Intelligentsia, formerly CIC (Competitive Intelligence & Consulting). John is passionate about helping organisations apply market and competitive intelligence as a decision support tool. He particularly enjoys showing clients the possibilities of intelligence; sharing with them facts they don’t know about their competitive position; and helping them use these insights to win new business or to de-risk a critical decision.

Christian gained experience in commercial due diligence before joining Intelligentsia ten years ago. He combines considerable knowledge of the TMT sector (including fixed and mobile communications, business software, IT services) with extensive research, analysis and client advisory skills. Christian is responsible for service delivery and deputises for John.
